All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

For shipping orders, please note the following:

5. Missing or Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you haven't received it, please check with your neighbors or anyone else at your address. If you still can't locate your package, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date, and we'll help you resolve the issue.
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.
